Located in Lombardy Estate in the east of Pretoria, House Mupona was shaped by strict estate architectural guidelines while still aiming for a distinct identity grounded in its highveld context.

Large glazed openings, broad overhanging eaves, and prairie-influenced proportions were used to bring in ambient daylight and support comfortable moderated internal temperatures.
