ERF 4006 Waterfall

Designed for Waterfall Country Estate in Midrand, this contemporary home was conceived to match a modern lifestyle while maximising views across the estate.

The layout is organised over split levels, creating elevated viewing platforms and strong indoor-outdoor movement. North-facing folding doors and generous floor-to-ceiling glazing were used to bring natural light and passive warmth deep into the home.
